The CFC is located in the Cumberland High School.  It has become known as possibly the finest, cleanest and best-equipped fitness center of any small town in this region.  There is never a time when our cardio machines, weight equipment and free weights are not available for use, making the fitness center comfortable and user friendly.

Listed on this site are center hours and membership fees.  You might even have the opportunity to participate in an insurance that covers part of or all of membership fees.  You owe it to yourself to come and actually see and use the facility.  You will not be disappointed.  Friendly staff members will be available at all times to answer questions and assist you with your workout.
