CROCHETING FOR A CAUSE

Earlier this school year, several students in Mrs. Modjeski’s 5^th grade class began a crochet club during their recess. 5^th graders, Dwight Griffith and Crispin Peterson, both experienced at crocheting, taught interested students how to create crochet necklaces. After many weeks of crocheting at recess, the students had made over 100 necklaces. Click here to read more.

Yearbooks will be for sale last day of school!

The 2012 edition of the Cumberland Middle School Yearbook has been sent to press and will be ready for sale on the last day of school for $15.  Cash and checks will be accepted.  Checks can be made out to Cumberland Middle School.

On Friday, April 20, the Cumberland School District hosted an Apple Learning Leadership Institute on  One-to-One Technology for over seventy professionals throughout the state of Wisconsin and Minnesota.
